Came across this incredible WWI bedroll yesterday while digging through olde treasures in NH with my my friend Matt. The canvas is in perfect condition and has aged beautifully, leaving it with a waxed-like feeling. I'm sitting here with my knife anxious to start taking this thing apart in preparation for cleaning and then sewing. So, so excited about this find.

Would you consider posting a tutorial on how you go about deconstructing and washing your finds? I found a vintage army duffel that I would love to take apart and repurpose into something simple (like throw pillows or a dog bed), but I'm afraid that I'm just going to destroy it.
I love your work, btw. I'm saving up to buy one of your bags!
