A few weeks ago we found this grungy old hiking pack covered with great patches from the 1920's - 1940's. We knew we wanted to salvage as many of the patches as possible (someone hiked many miles and put a lot of time into collecting them over the years!) and create a new, durable carryall with these patches in mind.
So what we ended up with is this versatile bag made out of World War 1 era canvas and 1950's era Cloud Camo. We included three large outer pockets as well as some detailing with WWII era canvas webbing. We love how it came out and think it honors the original bag in a new but timeless way!
