There's something really incredible about working with material from World War I -- it always has this certain feel and this certain smell. I made this large pouch today out of canvas from a WWI duffel. It's available HERE.
There's a big pile of canvas from a WWI era bed roll stashed away in my studio and I've been waiting until the perfect idea comes into my head to start sewing with it..
