thanks to francesca's keen eye i acquired three new beautifully worn-in bags this weekend. one of my favorite parts about finding old canvas is when the seller/owner is able to give me a bit of a back story.. the more i can learn the better! turns out these bags come from a farm in new hampshire where they were used by the family to harvest apples over 100 years ago.i am starting to develop a plan for my fall bag collection and you can be sure that these beauties will somehow be incorporated. more on future plans soon!
