One of my Christmas gifts this year was the above tote bag from Unionmade Goods. The shop out of San Francisco carries a lot of really beautiful menswear. Most definitely worth taking a look.

Alright it's time for Round 3 of the Forestbound Holiday Special! That means $50 tote bags will be in the shop for a few days or until I run out. Only two styles available this time around - tan colored canvas from a 1940's era camp tent, or army green colored canvas from WWII era military tents.
Hope everyone had a nice holiday. I spent a very enjoyable few days in New Hampshire with family and friends.. sitting by a fire, eating delicious food, catching up. But the best part of the holiday was hanging out with my mom's new pup - so small and sweet! It took a lot of restraint to not hide her in the back of my car yesterday...
Came upon Quoddy boots a number of years ago while at the Common Ground fair in Maine. While at the fair they traced my feet and I had a pair of Grizzly Boots made to fit just right. They're going on 3+ years now and still holding strong. Luckily they cost a fraction of what they do now .. but I wouldn't hesitate to get another pair - so durable and comfortable and warm. They're most definitely my chosen footwear this time of year.
One last tote left of the ones that I made specially for Prairie Collective/Studio Choo. And it's on sale! Get it HERE.
New in the shop today -- 1950's era Postal bag outer, beige & blue striped liner, medium brown leather shoulder straps, buckle closure and bottom corner reinforcements. Available HERE.

My birthday was exactly 2 weeks ago today -- the day before some pals and I were able to dig around a warehouse full of beautiful old clothing and I found these old Herman work boots. Luckily they fit perfectly and my best girl gifted them to me for my special day. Oh and it just so happens they are by far the warmest and most comfortable pair of old work boots that I own.. couldn't be happier with this find.
Been trying my best to get all my holiday shopping done -- but I keep coming across things for myself that I just can't resist! Earlier this week I went to the antique store intended to come out with an armful of gifts for friends and family.. but ended up just with a flask for myself.
New in the shop today -- WWII era military duffel bag canvas/light brown leather carryall. Available HERE.
Heading down to New York this weekend for the Bust Magazine Holiday Fair. I'll have a bunch of new bags and pouches plus my pal Liane will be by my side. Come say hello if you're in the area. Oh and just so you don't miss us -- we'll be up on the second floor!

Honey and merino wool blankets from River Farm in Saunderstown, RI. Both of these are gifts that I would be beyond excited to receive.
Decided to make this buckled leather satchel after receiving a number of requests for my buckled utility pouch with a strap. Now available HERE.
